Noble Fin is a great addition for the past 3 years to the Peachtree Corners area. If they were located within ITP, they may have been swallowed up by all the other competition. But being somewhere they can grow and become a premiere place in a growing community, it has helped this location become a prime place to try.

We love this place for their seafood choices. Don't forget to not overlook the steak choices. But still emphasize the fish selection. Even the simple things like mixed green salad and rolls are delicious. The rolls and butter is made in house and tasted like roasted fresh out of the oven Hawaiian rolls with some sprinkling of sea salt on top.

For the past 3 years, we've visited and enjoyed Noble Fin over 6 times and got to try all the different selections. Even got my old company to host the past 2 years Christmas Party here. This time around, we tried some of their newest selections but always going back for that delish English Toffee Cake.

Please check out our take on the dishes in the captions.

Braised Beef Ravioli – The white balsamic butter sauce is actually what makes this dish perfection with my taste buds. It gave it a butter sweet taste that paired well with the dryer braised beef and dense ravioli dough. The radish slices gave a nice crunch when eaten together in a single bite. Tomatoes gave the dish a fresh feel and acid.

The ravioli is tougher and denser than your traditional version which tends to be softer and not much chew. You can tell its house made and the braised beef wasn’t blend or salty. I loved cutting it in half and soaking it in the sauce.

Calamari – crispy with a light flaky batter. Fried jalapenos, bell peppers and onions were also fried the same way. I fork full of the calamari with the accompanied veggies dipped in the chili sauce was perfection. The sauce only had a light spice and sweet. Had to dip every single piece.

Broiled Octopus – nice mouth chew and not overly chewy. The octopus was nicely grilled on top of a bed of small diced potatoes (like tiny chunks of French fries) and creamy sauce. We tend to always try the octopus anywhere we go.

Corn Meal Crusted Rainbow Trout – we were worried that it would be overly thick crusted but the corn meal was light and only added a nice crunch. Trout was sweet and light, not overly fishy at all, nice white meat. I recommend mixing the peas, rice and sauce all together to accompany the fish. Loved the touch of bacon taste in the sauce. I could possibly eat this version of rice and beans/peas on it’s own.

Enlgish Toffee Cake - check out Elly's smile :) We aren't big dessert fans but when it's good, got to have it. The caramel bath is definitely vast, but we don't have to eat it all, except that we must eat all of the cake. Cake itself wasn't overly sweet and the creamy vanilla ice cream added that needed touch with every cake spoonful. Honestly want to ask for more ice cream next time around.
